I was disappointed when these showed up. Online they looked like real leather, but in person the material felt cheap, and the color was way off from the pictures. I get that things can look a little different on a screen, but it feels only fair to show customers what they’re actually buying.

Been wearing these a lot lately and really like them. Soles feel solid and comfy, and the grip has been good too. Haven’t noticed them wearing down fast, even with regular use. Happy with the quality so far.

I really wanted to love these Bobbies shoes because they do look nice, like genuinely cute and easy to wear around the city, but I’m disappointed. I was just wearing them for normal walking, nothing crazy, and after only a few weeks the sole started coming loose. Then I noticed the leather was scuffing way more easily than I expected too, which was frustrating because for the price I just assumed they’d feel sturdier and last a lot longer. Maybe I got unlucky, I don’t know, but for me they ended up feeling more like a nice-looking shoe than a practical one. Not really worth it in my experience

Had to do an exchange and it was quick and easy. No hassle at all, got it sorted way faster than I expcted.

I browsed Bobbies’ site it was easy to use. The filters actually worked, which almost feels too rare these days, like somebody finally cracked the code they’ve all been pretending is impossible. Checkout was simple too, no weird traps or endless steps. The only thing is it took me a bit to find the sizing info — not saying they buried it on purpose, but it definitely had “hidden in plain sight” energy. Overall though, good experience.

It’s not even about the item at this point. The return process has been a nightmare, and I still haven’t gotten my refund...

The leather feels really nice, honestly. It is a bit stiff right now, but I’m totally fine with that. Completely fine. I’m just assuming it’ll soften up after some use.

It wasn’t exactly what I expected, but for my situation, it worked well enough. If you need something super precise, you might be a little disappointed, but for everyday use, I’d say it’s close enough to get the job done.

So, the prices felt way too high for what I got. I was expecting better quality, and it just didn’t really live up to that. For me, it wasn’t worth the money.
